    2、運行：

    1)、當壓力表壓力升高，慢慢打開出口閥；

    2)、打開所有輔助管路，并檢查流量；

    3)、泵是填料密封運行時，填料函處允許有多少量，滴水，輕輕壓緊填料壓蓋至少量滴水。

    4)、為防止介質(zhì)升溫，泵不能在出口閥門關閉的情況下長期運轉；

    5)、當周圍的環(huán)境溫度達到30℃時，軸承溫度不能超過90℃，當溫度再升高量，軸承溫度最多不應超過100℃；

    6)、使用稀油潤滑，要定期檢查油位；油脂潤滑的深溝球軸承不需要維護。

    7)、檢查聯(lián)軸器上的彈性元件，一旦磨損，應立即更換；

    8)、如果密封、冷卻、潤滑液不是用工作介質(zhì)，必須保證使用的液壓比進口壓力高1.0～2.0巴。

    3、停止：

    1)、泵停止運轉時，先關閉出口閥，然后切斷電源；

    2)、關閉輔助管路。泵的軸封即使在停機狀量也要用密封潤滑油；

    3)、在冰凍或長期停止使用時，應排除泵及管路中的介質(zhì)，以免凍裂。

    4)、當輸送的介質(zhì)為對健康有害的液體時，應將泵和管路內(nèi)介質(zhì)盡快排盡。

There must be a 4- 5cm gap between the top of the foundation and the bottom of the baseframe. Precisely align the set using the adjusting screws and check alignment on the coupling.     1. Starting:

    1) . Before starting up the pump make sure that  the  following  requirements  have  been checked and fulfilled.

    a) . Has the pump been firmly bolted to the base/foundation?

    b) . Have the coupling and pump unit been aligned as specified?

    c). Are the pipes properly fitted?

    d). Can the unit be easily rotated by hand at the coupling?  (Carry out at least one full rotation)

    e) . Has lubrication been provided for oil -lubricated bearings?

    5). At room temperatures of up to 30℃ the bearing temperature should not exceed 90℃. At higher room temperature the bearing temperature should be below 1O0℃.
